And the winter with its fierce frosts seems not so terrible 🙂 It’s not yet time to relax - you probably still have green tomatoes. They can also be preserved, and in the winter to open a jar and enjoy yummy. Today I will share delicious recipes for pickling green tomatoes.
Delicious stuffed with garlic and herbs
It turns out that seeds of green tomatoes are incredibly useful. They contain acetylsalicylic acid - a substance that effectively copes with the inflammatory process. And it has an analgesic effect. If your head hurts, just eat pickled tomatoes.
To make this snack you will need:
- 3 kg of fruits
- garlic head,
- bunch of parsley,
- 3 dill umbrellas,
- 12-15 black peppercorns,
- 1.5 tsp. Of 70% acetic acid,
- 6 pieces Lavrushki,
- 3 tbsp. spoons of sugar,
- litere of water,
- 2 tbsp. spoons of salt.
We wash the tomatoes and cut them in a slit (but don't cut them to the end, otherwise everything will fall apart). Garlic cloves peeled and cut into thin slices. Greens are washed and shredded. Stuff tomatoes with garlic and herbs.
We will marinate in one-liter jars (you will need 3 pieces). We put in each jar an umbrella of dill, 2 lavrushki and 4-5 peas of pepper. There we also send stuffed tomatoes and pour all this with boiling water. We cover the dishes with metal lids and leave for about 20 minutes. After we pour out the liquid, boil it and pour tomatoes again.
After a quarter of an hour, pour the water back into the pan. Salt liquid and add sugar. We bring the composition to boiling, after which we immediately pour boiling water into the jars. Then in each of them add 0.5 teaspoons of essence. We seal the workpiece with a zakatochny key. Turn over the cans and cover with a warm blanket. After 12 hours we move the conservation in the closet.
For the winter in banks without sterilization
“Golden apples” marinating (this is literally translated from Italian as “pomo d’oro”) is very simple. With this recipe you will need:
- 2 kilo green tomato,
- 4 tbsp. spoons of sugar,
- litere of water,
- 2 pcs. bell pepper,
- 3 tsp salt,
- 100 ml of 9% table vinegar,
- 2 pieces of thoroughly washed cans.
Immature tomatoes are washed. If they are large, you can cut it in half. Small leave entirely. Peppers are cleaned of stalks and seeds, washed and cut each fruit into 4 parts. Fill 2 cans with blanks.
Boil water, fill it with vegetables and leave for 15 minutes. After draining the liquid, boil it and refill it with vegetables. After 15 minutes, pour the water into the pan. Add the right amount of salt with sugar and vinegar to a liter of water. Then bring the solution to a boil. Then pour the marinade tomatoes with pepper, cover the cans with metal lids and seal all with a sealer key. And then turn over the container, warming with a blanket and leave to cool.

Marinated green tomatoes for the winter: garlic recipes
The easiest recipe for which you will need:
- Tomatoes of milk maturity - a kilogram,
- Garlic - medium head,
- Salt - 60 grams,
- Sugar - 75 grams,
- Laurel - 2 leaves,
- Dill seeds - coffee spoon,
- Vinegar - a glass.
- Washed tomatoes cut into four or six parts. Add to them coarsely chopped garlic. We mix, we spread on the prepared banks.
- We boil three liters of water with sugar, salt, laurel leaf, dill seeds. Pour the vinegar. Fill the vegetables with brine, close the lids.

- Parsley - 3 bunches,
- Vinegar - hundred grated glass,
- Sugar - half a kilo,
- Salt - 250 grams,
- Aspirin - 3 tablets.

- Salt - 90 grams,

- Black pepper - 20 peas,
- Laurel - 2 leaf,
- Lean oil - 3 tablespoons.
- Wash my carrots, peel, cut into thin circles. Cut the garlic peeled into plates.

- Garlic - 120 grams,
- Water - 1.2 liters,
- Sugar - 125 grams,
- Salt - 60 grams,
- Vinegar - 100 milliliters.
We will cook in liter jars:
- My vegetables, dried. Fruits are cut into several parts depending on the size. We shift in the big basin.

- Vinegar - 150 ml.
Prepared vegetables clean, wash. Onions cut into half rings, horseradish root - long strips. Put the tomatoes in dry, sterilized jars interspersed with the rest of the products. - 50 grams of sugar

First of all, prepare the jars. We wash them well and sterilize them. Spread spices with garlic.
- In a large container pour some water, boil.
- We wash the fruits and send them to boiling water. We warm up vegetables for no more than twenty minutes. We take out and immediately lay out the banks.
- Put salt, sugar in water, boil brine for several minutes. We will add vinegar in tomatoes, but not in marinade.
- We already have vegetables in jars with vinegar, now we can pour them with marinade.
- Jars are closing. Give cool under a blanket.

Sweet recipes are more often used by housewives who have children.
For this recipe, we will prepare a minimum of products, but this will not spoil the tomato's taste. To clog the tomatoes we will be in one-liter jars.
- 2 kilograms of small green tomatoes,

- 450 grams of sugar
- 180 grams of salt
- 6 tablespoons of vinegar.

Spicy tomatoes in a spicy marinade "Hellish"
This is a simple recipe, and we will not spend much time on its preparation. Tomatoes turn out very sharp, therefore such name "Infernal".
- 3.5 kilograms of green tomatoes,
- 3 hot peppers,
- 1 bunch of dill, parsley,
- Big head of garlic,

- 2.5 tablespoons of salt

- 1 cup of vinegar.

- In hot pepper, you must remove the seeds. Cut it into small cubes, send it to the tomatoes. Chopped greens, garlic and add to vegetables.
- Mix all products, insist twenty minutes.
- For brine, we need to dissolve salt, sugar in 2.5 liters of boiling water, pour in vinegar, add pepper peas.
- Vegetable mixture is laid in jars and fill with brine. Insist twenty minutes.
- Carefully pour the cooled marinade into the ladle. Boil and spill again in banks.
- We cork, cover with rug, in the morning we go down to the cellar.
Spicy Stuffed Tomatoes
This is another cooking option hellish tomato.
- 10 kilograms of green tomatoes,
- 10 pieces of red bell pepper,
- 7 hot pepper pods,
- 10 large heads of garlic,
- 2 large bunches of celery
- 2 bunches of parsley, dill,
- Horseradish root.
- First we need to clean and scroll the root of horseradish. Slurry shifts in the cup, close with cling film.
